I ordered five notebooks in November. First package came with one notebook that was incorrect (guessing it was someone else's order). Second package came with four out of the five I did order. I emailed customer service, and they don't seem to care about it. Really disappointing since this was supposed to be a group gift and now I'm short one book. The ones that came are nice. I just wish they were better at being able to problem solve.
