Personalized orders move quickly from checkout into production. Please review the timing below before requesting a change.
Contact us as soon as possible
Once a personalized order is submitted, it is sent directly to our production facility so processing can begin without delay.
If you need to change your order, please contact Kinlune within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be modified.
Order cancellations
Because production begins immediately, cancellations cannot be accepted after an order has been placed.
Order modifications
Changes are only possible within the 2-hour window and are not confirmed until our support team has responded.
