Cancellation & Modification Policy

If you change your mind about your order, please contact us at support@kinlune.com with your order number and the change you'd like to make (photo, message, product, or color). We'll confirm once the cancellation or modification has been made.

Because every Kinlune piece is personalized and moves into production quickly, your order can only be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing it. After that window, your design has already entered production and can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Please note:

• Orders that require a design change (new photo, different layout, or added text) may take longer to process during high-volume periods such as holidays, so timely delivery isn't guaranteed for modified orders.
